The Harbor Beach Inlet Area, located on a unique point of land where Port Everglades inlet meets the sea, has and always will be the most prestigious private beach location in Fort Lauderdale.  Surrounded by water on three sides, this private strip of oceanfront property boasts magnificent views of Port Everglades Inlet, Cruise Ships, the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, John U Lloyd State Park and Fort Lauderdale’s newly emerging skyline.  The embarkation of cruise ships and the constant yacht traffic through the port create an interesting and active view corridor.

Although great shopping, restaurants, the airport and downtown Fort Lauderdale are just a few minutes’ drive, the neighborhood has no thru-traffic and remains secluded and quiet, far from the commotion of the public beaches to the north.

One of the area amenities is the Beach Club at the luxurious Lago Mar Resort located within easy walking distance from any of the neighboring condominium buildings.  Membership is based on availability and applicants must provide references from existing members.  The resort features a spa, exercise room, two pools, four dining options, patio bar, beach and pool lounges, cabanas, umbrellas, tennis and a beachfront playground.  Members simply charge purchases at these locations to their member account.   The resort also has daily and annual dockage available for members’ boats under eight feet high in Lake Mayan which connects directly to the Intracoastal Waterway via two fixed bridges.

We are very proud of where we live and work and we welcome you to become part of our community.
